Questions
Do I need a new boiler?
No. Thermo replaces your wall thermostat and works with combi and system boilers and most heat pumps. The smart valves replace the heads on your radiators.
Do I need the radiator valves?
Only if you want each room at its own temperature. With the hub alone, the whole home follows one target and one schedule.
What if the internet goes down?
The hub keeps running your schedules on its own. The app shows the last known state with an Offline banner, and controls come back as soon as it reconnects.
Is it easy for the whole family?
Every control has a written label, the numbers are large, and a high-contrast mode swaps soft shadows for solid borders. We test every release with people over 65.
When will it ship, and when do I pay?
